Getting to know your gremlins is important. Your inner critics are powerful creatures, and you need to be able to recognize them, or they will derail your dreams.
When you’ve got a big dream in your heart and you’ve made the commitment to dedicate yourself to making that dream a reality, there will be times of giddiness and joy.
But you’re also going to find yourself spending a lot of time with those inner critics, too. It’s just part of the package deal that comes with building a dream
If it’s important, it’ll scare you
If you’re emotionally invested in something – when you’ve got a goal that’s really important to you – there will be fear. Fear of failure. Fear of success. Fear of what other people will say about your dreams. (All things that I discuss at length in my book, fearLESS.)
If you're emotionally invested in something, there WILL be fear. Share on XAnd fear feeds gremlins and makes them stronger.
Understanding your gremlins
Getting to know your gremlins is important because you need to understand them. You need to recognize them for what they are so that you’re prepared to stand your ground when they arrive. Because those gremlins are going to try to stop you.
They’ll tell you that you’re not good enough.
They’ll tell you that you’re crazy.
They’ll tell you that you’ll fail if you try.
They’ll tell you anything they can think of to make you give up on your dreams.
They’ll do whatever they can to try and scare you away from even trying.
The dreams is what’s important
But if you know what those gremlins are, then you can sidestep them and keep going. You can continue making progress and building your dreams, even while they’re shouting at you.
Stay focused on your path & listen to the #wisdom whispering in your heart: “You can do this…” Share on XYou’ll learn to tune them out and concentrate instead on what really matters.
The dream.
The goal.
The thing in your heart that makes you who you are.
The gift that only you can give to this world.
Because the reality is that It doesn’t matter what the gremlins say. It doesn’t matter what they think. Stay focused on your path and listen to the wisdom whispering in your own heart.

When do we get part two of this?
This is a very important topic. If your higher self tells you to keep going and you even receive signs affirming this, then you can just ignore when the gremlins pop up; they are like broken records. At least you know to differentiate the two.
Apparently, I missed the notification for this comment — my apologies for the late response! Part two of this will be up on Monday, and there will be a part three the week after that. 🙂
